It always has to be fun, but there are other steps we can take to make it even more fulfilling and enjoyable. When we choose the method we choose; this is the part where we can take the most pride in ourselves. “Let’s say you want to have a fun day out with your friends, you decide to do a race. A great way of looking at a race is that it’s just a way of having fun.
